Disabled Single Mom Seeking Aid

I am a single mother, who suffers from mental illness.  My daughter provides light where there is so much darkness.  I try very hard to keep her involved in physical activities & social groups to provide adequate stimulation & support for her development.  She is 5 years old & just started 1/2 day kindergarden.  I am in a self-created financial rutt.  The overdraft fees & charges have equaled over 1300 dollars.  My bank has been kind enough to refund $140 of the fees.  Since I am on a very limited income, I can't seem to catch up.  Each Social Security Deposit is automatically gobbled up in fees.  I have sought budgeting assistance.  However, it is difficult to implement a budget without any funds.  The initial mistake I made was to sign up for a couple of "work from home" programs.  They are happy to cease automatically debiting my account but unwilling to reimburse me for any overdraft fees incured as a result of their double-dipping.  I'm old enough to know better, but desperate enough to give it a go.
